Daily report 04/02

Hello guys...
On February 4th we were back into kitchen to continued our puff pastry.

Started with go to campus at 07.11 ICST with bright weather.

When  arrived in kitchen, we were one-line after that the senior check our absent then we went into kitchen to put our bag and then went into pastry kitchen and one-line again.

When we were one-line, suddenly the senior came and told us to did general cleaning before practice.

After general cleaning, we got a change to had a break for one hour until 10.00 ICST.

At 10.30 we were back into kitchen to made our puff pastry


After made puff pastry, the senior showed us how to make sugar dough and pie dough and how to mold it so it'll looks beautiful after baked.

After showing, we did general cleaning but we were lated to finish it so we were told to did it again after that we were one-line and then go home
