On the 6th February we continued our practice in kitchen.
In this day, we were making egg dishes but before practice we were one-line and then the seniors checked our absent then we were going into kitchen to put our bag after that go into pastry kitchen and one-line.
After that the seniors were coming into Pastry kitchen and we praye together then they showe us how to make boiled egg start from soft boiled egg, medium boil egg, hard boil egg. After that they also showed us how to make omelette and scrambled egg.
After we saw how to made it we take the ingredients and tools and make the kind of egg dishes that the seniors have shown us.
After that we got a time for break, after break we go back into kitchen and one-line, then sir Ical came for show us how to make poached egg, sunny side up, and turn over also the different of poached egg made with manual techniques and sous vide techniques.

After that we practiced what we have seen then we also made pastry cream for our choux filling on the next day.
After all the stuffs done, we did the general cleaning then take a short break, one-line, and go home
