Daily Report 07/02

Hello guys....
On the 7th February we are back into kitchen.

On this day we gonna make choux à la crème. Started with going to campus at 07.10 ICST, then one-line, and seniors checked our absent, after that go into kitchen put our bag and go into pastry kitchen and one-line.

After that the seniors came and we pray together before practice, then we introduced our self one by one while waiting for sir Ical, the seniors told us their experience during an internship.

And then sir Ical came and explain to us about choux and showed us how to make a choux. After that we practice what we have seen.





After made a choux we take a break after that go back into kitchen for one-line. Then sir Ical came into kitchen to show us how to fill the choux with pastry cream.

After that we practice what has been shown because our choux already cooked. After filled i, we collected the choux that we had made.




Then we did the general cleaning, take a short break while enjoy our choux result, then we were one-line and go home.
