Hello guys....
Today we are semester 2B back into practice week.
Started with go to campus before 07.00 after that at 07.45 we gathered in the field for following the flag ceremony but the ceremony only lasted a short time because the rain started to pour down.
After the ceremony has finished, we go to change our uniform into practice uniform because we will practice to make breakfast.
After we changed our clothes we go into pastry kitchen and one-line. Then the seniors checked our absent and we pray together before start our practice.
Soon after that sir Ical came and explain to us about our breakfast menu that we gonna make for one week. Today we gonna make continental breakfast, consist of coffee&tea, juice, bread, and preserves.
Group 1 got a task to make coffee&tea, and preserves, group 2 got a task to make juice, group 3 got a task to make soft roll, group 4 got a task to make french bread and group 5 got a task to make toast bread.
After the product that we made had done, we bring it into restaurant. Then, we go back into pastry kitchen for one-line and we got a change for taking a break.
After break, we were back into kitchen and one-line then we did the general cleaning, after did the general cleaning, we were one-line and go home.
