Hello guys....
Today i'm back into kitchen to continued our practice about breakfast but today menu is english breakfast.
Started with went to campus at 06.30 then at 07.00 all of us go itno the pastry kitchen and one-line after that the seniors checked our absent than we pray together before strart our practice and than group 6-10 continued to make their breakfast included from coffee&tea, preserves, juice, english muffin, chocolate muffin, raisin muffin, oat meal and cornflakes.
Meanwhile all of us from group 1-5 prepared the ingredients for indonesian breakfast consist of fried rice, fried noodle, beef satay, chicken taliwang, chicken porridge, pickles, fruit compote, and tomato sambal and half of group 6-10 prepared the ingredients for american breakfast because we were told that american breakfast and indonesian breakfast would come out at the same time in the restaurant.
My group got fried rice and pickles and two person from my group made pickles, and the other prepared the condiment and supplementary material for fried rice. After we prepared the material that we gonna use, we helped the other group that are still busy prepared ther ingredient from the menu that they gonna make.
After that we got time for break, then go back into kitchen to continued our preparation. After all the ingredient was complete, all of us go for one-line then we did the general cleaning.
Ater did the general cleaning, we were break for a while. While i was break, i did the task given by the senior while waiting for our friend that still did their croissant and at 19.00 finally we were one-line and pray then go home
