Hello guys...
Today I'm back into the kitchen to continued my breakfast practice for day-3 but today i'm lil bit late arrived in the kitchen because I should went back into my home for taking my napkin.
Today, only American breakfast comes out in the restaurant, so group 6-10 got a task to prepare it all. But before practiced, we go into the pastry kitchen, then we were one-line, and pray before practice. After that group 6-10 prepared their american breakfast consist of croissant, danish, egg dishes, coffe&tea, and preserves.
After all the menu was out in the restaurant we continued to make our product for tomorrow because tomorrow were gonna make continental breakfast, english breakfast, american breakfast, and indonesian breakfast. Because my group already prepared all the ingredients yesterday, so i helped to make the croissant and egg dishes. But because there are some miss communication at the 2nd day so some of my groupmate made the pickles again so the taste will still fresh when served tomorrow.
After all the things done, we were back for one-line in the pastry kitchen suddenly sir Ical came and check all the ingredients that has been prepared but there are menu was cancelled there are fruit compote and juice. and then replaced with salad corner.
After heard the explanation, we immediately volunteered to prepare the ingredients to be used to make salad. There are someone cut tomatoes, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and made the sauce for dressing.
When everything was ready, we were back for one-line for the general cleaning, after got a section that we're going to cleaned we did the general cleaning then we took a short break than back to one-line, pray, and go home.
