Hello guys....
Even though this day is national holiday but we choosed to keep come to campus to continued our rotation practice on the 4th day.
On this day we will make a dish from rotation 1.3 menu the menu are sambal ulang-ulang, sambal matah, red bean soup, bebek menyatnyat, plecing sayur and doko-doko cang kuning.



Because the restaurant didn't open on this day so the dish that we have made given to the lecturers, and we ate them together.
My group made red bean soup, but there are some misscomunication, so the red beans should be soaked in one night but we didn't soaked them. Moreover the red beans from the market is not good enough because when we soaked it for a while the skin become wrinkled so we continued to cook it after asking the senior.
First, the spices we have chopped are sauteed until fragrant, then blend itu in a blender to make it soft after that put it in the stock and also the soaked red beans and cooked until boiling.
After all the dish was ready, we did the general cleaning and then we took a break for a while and had lunch together but because on this day the rain was very heavy, so we ate togeher with the senior while lesehan. Then we took a break and waited for go home.
