Hey guys...
Today is a very special day for our study program, because our study program participated in the Forum for International Tourism and the Environment event. Our study program participated in preparing lunch, and a coffee break for the participants.
We are very happy and proud with this annual event at our campus, and most importantly our study program also participated, because with this event we were able to show the people that the management study program was not loss of cool from the other study program .
This event was held from May 2-3, but to make this event to run smoothly, our study program have started preparing from Monday April 29th. Previously on Friday we were divided into groups to prepare the menus which we will present at the event.

My group started to prepare on Tuesday. We just prepared the ingredients to be used to make sate lilit and ayam bakar. We started to prepare the spices that will be mashed to make sate lilit and ayam bakar.

after everything was finished, we kept all the ingredients that had been prepared in the chiller, then cleaned the work area after that, I helped friends in other groups who needed help preparing ingredients for their dishes later.
On Wednesday, we continued our unfinished work. I helped wrapped the satay after that I went in the cold kitchen to help other groups. After that I rested.
And the day was arrived On Thursday the event was held. Today I came earlier than yesterday when I arrived at the kitchen I took out all the menus in the chiller, then the seniors started burning satay and grilled chicken. After that, we started to compile our dishes to be brought to the hall to be served at the event.

Some of us would did live cooking in front of the participants and certainly not just the live cooking that we showed them but we also gave them the opportunity to taste the results of our cooking.
And it turns out they were very enthusiastic to see us cooking and tasting our dishes. That makes us very happy. After lunch time was over, we cleaned all of our equipment in the hall then continued with general cleaning. After that we go home.
