Daily report 21/02

Hello guys....
Finally today is our last day practiced breakfast in the kitchen. Cause today we're gonna make 4 kind of breakfast so i came to campus at 05.00 because our breakfast should done at 09.00 then i helped my friend who had arrived earlier to prepare other needs.

At this morning i started to prepared the waters to make coffee, tea, and milk while waiting the water for boil i helped my other friend to prepare their menu. At 07.00 we were one-line in cold kitchen and then the senior check our absent then we pray together before continued our practice.

After that i went into pastry kitchen to make my coffee, tea, and milk, then i went into restaurant to asked for the tea pot and milk jug, then i put all the coffe and tea in the pot also the milk in the jug.

At 07.30 my group started to made fried rice for 40 pax but the chicken and prawn that we prepared before must be blanch first. After that we continued to cook the fried rice.

When everything was ready, we deliver our breakfast into the restaurant but the restaurant would be open at 11.00 but we still left our breakfast because we were told to that our breakfast should be ready in the restaurant at 09.00.










After that we go into pastry kitchen for one-line and then sir Ical came and explain us some things and also told us that we're going to home at 12.00.

So the senior divided our section for the general cleaning, and then we cleaned it. After everything was clean we one-line, pray, and go home.
