On this day i went back into the kitchen to did my mid test practice. The menu i would make today are the menu in rotation 1.3 recipe.
On this day, i went to campus at 06.00 am because the lecture already told us yesterday our dishes should be done at 10.00 am. The menu are sambal ulang-ulang, red bean soup, bebek menyatnyat, pelecing sayur, sambal matah, and doko-doko cang kuning.

When i arrived in campus i go straight to the kitchen then put my bag and started with roasted the grated coconut for pelecing sayur, after that i sauteed and blend the onion, garlic, shallot and the other condiment for the red bean soup.
While waited for the soup cooked, i continued to prepare tomato, shallot, garlic, red chilies, and bird-eyes chilies for making the chili tomato sambal and coconut sambal for mixed in pelecing sayur.
After all the dish cooked, we started to plating the dish for presenting, then took a break and lunch together, after had lunch together we are waiting for the other group that is still preparing the condiment for their practice tomorrow.
After all the things done, we did the general cleaning, after general cleaning, we took a short break while waiting for time to go home
