So this day is our first day to practiced in the kitchen after the mid test.
On this day i arrived in campus before 7 o'clock. After that, we were one-line and the senior check our absent. After that, we were one-line in cold kitchen then pray together before practice then we one-line according to our group.
After that the menus of rotation II.1that we should prepare for tomorrow was written on the white board and was divided according to group number. My group got a desserts menu are " Tang Zhong and Tang Yuan" beside that we also got a task to make breakfa
st. The breakfast that we're gonna made are croissant and danish.
Aul, Khusnul, and I chose to make tang zhong, Sultan and Shafira made tang yuan, meanwhile Ririn, Nisa, and Mas Adi made croissant and danish. When we were making tang zhong, we follow the step in the recipe but the dough result was very sticky so the senior helped us and tell us to prepare the ingredients again meanwhile for the first dough we try to put flour gradually so the texture will be fine. After that, we try to made our 2nd dough and the senior show us how to make it then we started to proofing our dough while waiting for the dough we cleaned our work area and our tools that are no longer used. After that we let the air out from the dough and wait again for the 2nd proofing, after the 2nd proofing was done, we started to forming our dough then wait for the pan proofing, then baked the tang zhong and the result was quite satisfying after baked.




After all the groups was finished prepare their ingredients, we started to do the general cleaning, after that we took a break while waiting for go home.
Meanwhile my group stilled continue to make the croissant because there are some obstacles, so we shall stayed until night to make the croissant. Because there are still unfinished croissant, we were told to keep the dough in the chiller and go home.
