DAILY REPORT 18/04

Hey guys...
After yesterday enjoying a holiday, I come back to practice in the kitchen again.

Today we will make 2 rotation menus to replace yesterday's practice day. We will make dishes from the 2.1 and 2.2 menus but on this day my group got the chance to make an appetizer from menu 2.1 and make soup from the 2.2 menu.

But before practice, we started our activities by praying together so that our practices could run smoothly. After that we immediately started cooking our dishes. We share the task so that our dishes can be finished quickly.

Some of my group friends made the 2.1 rotation menu which is "Chinese Spinach and Peanut Salad" rotation menu, and some made the 2.2 rotation menu which is "Tom Yum Goong". I got the task to make the Chinese spinach and peanut salad. This dish does not require much ingredients so it can be finished quickly, after finishing making the dish from the 2.1 rotation menu, I helped to make Tom Yum Goong.

After all the dishes are ready, we start plating our dishes as interesting as possible. Then all our dishes are collected for photographs.





After that, we took a break while having lunch together enjoying the dishes we had cooked. Then we do general cleaning. After finishing the general cleaning we took a break while waiting for time to go home.
